Senior Manager, Marketing Oncology

We are seeking a Senior Manager Oncology Marketing Japan to join our Commercial Oncology team supporting our Japan business in a hybrid work this role you will lead local oncology brand marketing strategy and execution for commercialized indications and future launches while collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional collaborators Medical Affairs and the Sales Team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

Japan. Hybrid work model. Travel required 1020% including some weekends for conferences and meetings.

Discover your role:

• Lead the local brand planning process analyzing competitive landscape and promotional opportunities.
• Develop customer-focused differentiated messages for key target audiences across the oncology portfolio.
• Drive external collaborator engagement plans including national congresses and HCP meetings.
• Partner with Medical Affairs to create and agree an aligned brand strategy.
• Manage local promotional materials and budget in line with approved spend and compliance standards.
• You collaborate confidently across cross-functional and cross-regional teams to align strategy.
• You take ownership to drive the business within a start-up organization.
• You adapt with a flexible mindset in a complex rapidly changing environment.

This role requires:

• Bachelors degree.
• 810 years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
• Business-level English language skills written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations governing promotional activities.
• Expertise managing advertising agencies and suppliers and developing annual budgets.
• Excellent planning prioritization communication and presentation skills.
• Oncology sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Science background preferred.
