市場環境顧客製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し製品戦略を立案する
イベントTV講演会等の立案交渉実行レビューの実施
プロモーション資材パンフレット説明会スライドMR君*コンテンツ等の立案作成実行レビューの実施
(*MR君: 医薬品疾病治療等医療に関する情報を提供するツール)
市場調査の結果などを正しく読み取り結果から抽出した仮説に基づいた資材作成
多様な方法を通じて営業部門に対して営業アクション内容を伝達する
KEE(Key External Experts)のマネジメントの遂行
マーケティング営業活動を計測するためのシステム関連の提案他部門と協業し社内システムの構築
メディカル本部Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)Pharmacovigilance部など他部門との活動の共有及び調整

戦略策定をクロスファンクショナルチームと作成し実行をリードした経験
医薬品業界での営業かつマーケティング経験5年以上

肺がん領域における営業マーケティング経験あり

医師との面会を通じて課題を同定できる質問力と分析力
客観的に事象を捉えて正確に現状を分析取り組むべき課題を抽出できる能力分析や市場調査業務の経験はプラスです
顧客のインサイトや市場調査の結果等の事実から仮説を構築する力
課題解決にむけてアクションが実行できる行動力
自らの得意分野に安住せずチャレンジし続ける姿勢目的達成のために新たな取組やアプローチを試みる姿勢
クロスファンクショナルチームとして成果をだすための関係部門との協業の姿勢円滑な協業のためのコミュニケーション能力
エクセルパワーポイントによる資料作成能力
そのほか社内で使用されているITを活用できる
語学 Languages
