職務内容

クライアント開拓

• 積極的な営業電話や現場マネージャーからシニアレベルの役員までの重要な意思決定者との対面ミーティングを通じてサービスを紹介し既存のクライアント関係を維持強化します

候補者開拓

• 地元の優秀なプロフェッショナル人材を特定し一時的プロジェクトベース一時的から常用への雇用など多様な機会を提供します

Youll work with on-base American managers and thrive in a dynamic business environment. Reporting directly to the Division Director you will focus on the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Client Development

• Make proactive sales calls and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers from mid-level managers to senior executives to present our services and strengthen existing client relationships.

Candidate Development

• Identify and engage top local talent for diverse roles including temporary project-based and temporary-to-permanent opportunities.
• Maintain consistent meaningful communication with candidates offering career guidance and support at every stage of their journey.
