We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically mindedbusiness Leader. This role offers
As CountryLeader you will have full accountability for the regions performance including P&L ownership commercial strategy and organizational leadership. You will translate global priorities into local execution ensuring sustainable growth and strong customer impact acrossthe region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the region turning clear strategic insights into aligned actions with a focus on prioritization execution and people leadership.
Strengthen relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders at the executive level.
Identify and capture new market opportunities across sectors such as semiconductorautomotive aerospace andAI.
Drive operational excellence forecasting accuracy and disciplined execution.
Partner closely with global leadership to align regional priorities with broader business objectives
Build on a strong working culture with an emphasis on establishing the infrastructure for future scale and accelerating customer expansion.
Be a magnet for great talent and build a world class services team to support growth.
Create alignment and build consensus with the cross functional teams.
Comply with companys policy and rules on business ethics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role within technology electronics or industrial sectors
Strong track record of P&L ownership and delivering consistent profitable growth
Deep understanding ofmarkets and regional business dynamics
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse cross-cultural teams and operate effectively in a matrixed organization
Proven track record of attracting deploying and developing talents
Strategic thinker with a strong execution focus
Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
