要件
1. 中級以上の英語の読み書きができること
2. 子供と仕事を楽しむこと
3. 仕事に通うための交通手段を持っていること
4. 日本の警察のバックグラウンドチェックを申請する必要がありますこのプロセスを手助けします
5. 横田基地へのベースアクセスを取得するための書類手続きが必要ですこのプロセスを手助けします
6. 日本に居住するビザを持つ日本人またはビザを持つ非日本人当社ではビザのステータスを提供していません

チャイルドケアプロバイダーの職務と責任

• チャイルドケアプロバイダーの職務は子供の年齢や雇用企業または親のニーズに応じて異なりますが仕事の基本的な責任は以下のように共通しています
• 子供を監視する
• チャイルドケアプロバイダーは常に子供たちの身体的および感情的ニーズを把握し彼らの安全を常に維持するために子供たちを監視します
• 個人的なタスクを手伝う
• 食事着替えトイレなど子供たちの個人的なタスクを手伝います
• スケジュールを維持する
• チャイルドケアプロバイダーは食事昼寝遊びの時間の定期的なスケジュールを維持します
• 子供たちを活動的に保つ
• 楽しい学習活動に子供たちを参加させ子供たちのための日々の活動やイベントを設計します
• 掃除と整理をする
• チャイルドケアプロバイダーは軽い家事を行いすべての食事昼寝活動エリアを清潔で整頓されているようにします

On Time Staffing is seeking to hire 15 Child Care Attendants チャイルドアテンダント

Location: Yokota Air Base Child Development Center

We are looking to hire 15 childcare providers to work at the Child Care Development Center on Yokota Air base in Fussa Tokyo. You will be looking after American children while their parents are at work.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Read and write English at an intermediate level and up
2. Need to enjoy working with children
3. Need to have your own transportation to get to work
4. You will need to apply for a Japanese Police background check (we will help with this process)
5. Need to process paperwork to get you Base Access to Yokota (we will help with this process)
6. Japanese or non-Japanese with a Visa to live in Japan as we do not provide Visa status

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Job duties for childcare providers vary based on the age of the children and the needs of the hiring company or parent. Based on job postings the core duties for childcare providers are universal regardless of these differing factors
• Monitor Children
• Childcare providers monitor children at all times to stay aware of their physical and emotional needs and to maintain their constant safety.
• Assist with Personal Tasks
• Assist children with personal tasks such as eating dressing and using the restroom.
• Maintain Schedules
• Childcare providers maintain a regular schedule of meal times nap times and play times.
• Keep Children Active
• Keep children engaged in fun learning activities and design daily activities and events for children.
• Clean and Organize
• Childcare providers perform light housekeeping duties and keep all meal nap and activity areas clean and well-organized.
