アーンドメディアペイドメディアインフルエンサーイベントスポンサードコンテンツを担当範囲としより幅広いキャンペーンにも参画していただきます本ポジションはグローバルコーポレートマーケティング組織に属し日本国内のPR会社およびソーシャルメディア代理店チームをマネジメントし地域内の主要なコーポレートマーケティングセールス部門の関係者と密接に協力していただきます

勤務地は神奈川県藤沢市のオフィスとなりAPJC コーポレートコミュニケーションチームへレポートします国内の頻繁な出張および海外出張が発生する場合がありますビジネスレベル(Fluency)英語力及びネイティブレベルの日本語能力は必須です

具体的な業務は以下の通り

• 日本におけるPR戦略を統括し地域代理店チームをマネジメント指導
• グローバルコミュニケーション部門日本のマーケティングセールス責任者と協働しアーンドメディアとペイドメディアを横断したコミュニケーションプログラムキャンペーンを展開
• 合意されたKPIに基づき地域代理店による活動実施をマネジメント
• コンシューマー製品のレビューアワードプログラムをサポート
• コミュニケーション計画の策定および実行を監督
• 製品企業ニュースの地域展開配信をマネジメントし代理店と協力してローカルコンテンツを生成
• 主要なビジネス業界メディアとの関係構築維持
• 地域内の主要イベントに関するコミュニケーション活動をマネジメント
• メインニュースサイクル以外でのモメンタム創出のための革新的キャンペーンを実施

Western Digital is looking for a results-oriented communications professional to develop and drive corporate thought leadership and product communications programs for Japan and within the APJC region to increase Western Digitals reputation brand and presence. As Japan PR Manager youll partner closely with senior regional leadership to identify and prioritize communications needs across key markets. Experienced in integrated communications youll develop and oversee regional programs that support local business priorities while laddering up to the global PR strategy. Youll work with subject matter experts and your internal PR and agency teams to develop narratives story angles and communications assets to boost engagement with our audiences.

Covering earned media paid media influencers events and sponsored content with involvement in wider integrated campaigns this role reports into the Global Corporate Marketing organization. The role will manage retained PR agency teams in Japan and will cooperate closely with key corporate marketing and sales stakeholders in region.

The role will be based in our Fujisawa Japan office and will report into the APJC corporate communications team. Frequent travel within the region and infrequent international travel may be expected. Fluent in English and native level Japanese are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PR strategy for the Japan region managing and guiding the regional agency team
• Work with international communications and regional marketing and sales leads to deliver integrated communications programs and campaigns across earned and paid media
• Manage regional agencies to execute regional activities against agreed KPIs
• Support a reviews and awards program for consumer products
• Develop and oversee the implementation of communications plans
• Manage and assist in regionalizing and distributing product and company news and work with agencies to generate local content
• Develop and manage relationships with key business & trade media
• Manage communications around key events in region
• Execute creative campaigns for momentum media activity outside main news cycle

Qualifications :

• コミュニケーションマーケティングまたは関連分野の学士号(修士号以上歓迎)
• グローバルテクノロジー企業または代理店におけるコミュニケーションリーダーシップ経験 6年以上
• B2B/エンタープライズテクノロジー分野における確固たる実務経験
• アジア太平洋地域特に日本におけるキャンペーンのリード経験
• エンタープライズおよびコンシューマー向けテクノロジー製品のマルチチャネルコミュニケーションキャンペーンの企画マネジメント経験
• あらゆるステークホルダーと協働でき経営陣への戦略的アドバイザーとして行動できる能力
• Western Digitalの戦略的競争的ポジションへの理解
• スピード感のあるダイナミックな環境下で複数プロジェクトを円滑に遂行できる能力
• 卓越したコミュニケーション力ライティングスキルプレゼンテーション能力
• 英語:ビジネスレベル(Fluency)
• 日本語:ネイティブレベル
  
• Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field of study. Advanced degree is a plus
• 6 years communications leadership experience within a global technology company or agency
• A strong background of B2B / enterprise technology experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading integrated regional campaigns across Asia Pacific specifically Japan.
• Experience creating and managing multi-channel communications campaigns for enterprise and consumer technologies.
• The ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels across departments and geographies and act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
• Understanding of Western Digitals strategic and competitive position
• Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Exceptional communications writing and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and native level Japanese are required.
• Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy.
• Outstanding judgement and creative problem-solving skills.
• Metrics based approach and strong commercial acumen.
• A keen understanding of and interest in new technologies especially in the data storage sector.
