ブレーキシステム開発プロジェクトにおいて技術面のプロジェクトマネジメントを担当するポジションです
顧客要求の理解分析から設計ソフトウェア開発テスト品質開発プロセスまでを見渡しプロジェクトマネージャーアプリケーションチームソフトウェア開発チームなどと連携しながら開発を推進します
また顧客との技術的な調整や社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションを通じて顧客の要望を具体的な開発成果物に落とし込む役割を担います

主な職務内容

ブレーキシステム開発プロジェクト管理

• ブレーキシステム開発における技術面のプロジェクト管理
• 顧客要求の理解分析および要求解析から設計ソフトウェア開発テスト品質開発プロセスまでの進捗課題管理
• 技術的なリスク変更点課題の整理および関係者との調整
• 開発スケジュールの管理調整
• プロジェクトマネージャーアプリケーションチーム(車両適合エンジニア)ソフトウェア開発チームとの連携による開発推進

顧客との技術調整

• ブレーキシステム開発に関する技術的な論点の整理および顧客との調整
• 顧客要求要望の理解および社内関係者への展開
• 顧客要求を開発計画開発成果物に反映するための社内外調整
• 必要に応じた顧客との進捗共有技術説明課題フォロー

コンポーネント開発推進社内外連携

• コンポーネント開発チームとの連携による開発活動の推進
• 海外拠点を含む社内外関係者との調整および認識合わせ
• 品質プロセス関係者との連携による開発プロセスの推進
• 関係者間の課題優先順位対応方針の整理

車両レベルでのシステム理解開発推進

• 開発するシステムソフトウェアの役割を車両レベルで理解
• ブレーキシステムとして求められる機能性能品質の把握
• 顧客要求と開発成果物の整合性確認
• 技術面からのプロジェクト推進および成果物品質の確保

Position Overview

This position is responsible for technical project management in brake system development projects.

The role covers a broad range of technical areas from understanding and analyzing customer requirements to design software development testing quality and development processes. You will work closely with project managers application teams software development teams and other stakeholders to drive development activities.

You will also play an important role in translating customer needs into concrete development deliverables through technical coordination with customers and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• You will deepen your expertise in brake systems which are directly linked to vehicle safety while understanding the role of systems and software at the vehicle level.
• You will play an important role in correctly understanding customer requirements and reflecting them in development deliverables in collaboration with internal and external development teams.

Main Responsibilities

Brake System Development Project Management

• Manage the technical aspects of brake system development projects
• Understand and analyze customer requirements and manage progress and issues across requirements analysis design software development testing quality and development processes
• Identify and organize technical risks changes and issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Manage and coordinate development schedules
• Drive development activities in collaboration with project managers application teams/vehicle application engineers and software development teams

Technical Coordination with Customers

• Clarify technical topics related to brake system development and coordinate with customers
• Understand customer requirements and requests and communicate them to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate internally and externally to reflect customer requirements in development plans and deliverables
• Share progress provide technical explanations and follow up on issues with customers as needed

Component Development Coordination and Internal/External Collaboration

• Drive development activities in collaboration with component development teams
• Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders including overseas locations
• Promote development processes in cooperation with quality and process-related stakeholders
• Organize issues priorities and action plans among stakeholders

Vehicle-Level System Understanding and Development Execution

• Understand the role of the system and software being developed at the vehicle level
• Understand the functions performance and quality required for brake systems
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements and development deliverables
• Drive the project from a technical perspective and ensure the quality of deliverables

• 基本的なプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
• 自動車関連開発プロセスに関する知識
• 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り業務を推進できる方
• 高いイニシアチブと責任感を持ち顧客志向ターゲット志向で業務に取り組める方
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

• ブレーキシステム特に横滑り防止装置電動ブースター分野での実務経験
• V-Modellアジャイル開発ISO26262ASPICEDOORSに関する基礎知識経験
• 問題解決能力

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems particularly brake systems
• Basic project management skills
• Knowledge of automotive development processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and drive tasks forward
• High level of initiative and responsibility with a customer-oriented and target-oriented mindset
• Native-level Japanese language skills
• Business-level English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in brake systems particularly electronic stability control systems and electric brake boosters
• Basic knowledge or experience with V-Model agile development ISO 26262 ASPICE and DOORS
• Strong problem-solving skills
