Key Responsibilities
- Listen to recorded audio conversations in Japanese and review AI-generated transcripts.
- Correct transcription errors omissions grammar punctuation formatting and language inconsistencies.
- Ensure transcripts accurately reflect spoken content.
- Identify contextual linguistic and formatting errors that AI may miss.
- Verify spelling sentence structure and proper word usage.
- Maintain high accuracy and quality standards.
- Follow project guidelines and transcription standards.
- Meet productivity and turnaround expectations while maintaining quality.
- Flag unclear audio inconsistencies or quality concerns for further review.
- Support ongoing quality improvement efforts and feedback processes.
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese.
- Fluent or native-level English proficiency both written and spoken.
- Excellent Japanese grammar spelling and proofreading abilities.
- Strong English reading comprehension skills.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
- Ability to understand various Japanese accents dialects and speech patterns.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
