Vehicle Testing Operations Manager

Annual Salary : 8 Million Yen and above

Job Description:

• You will support vehicle development for the Japanese market by conducting vehicle performance evaluations and on-site suitability tests in collaboration with engineers in Korea.
• You will identify the needs required in the Japanese market and work closely with the head office development department to carry out the work.
• Handling and ride comfort (R&H), NVH, drivability, ADAS, EV driving control, static evaluation, etc.
• Basic vehicle performance measurement and data analysis.
• Related technology trend research and competitive technology benchmarking (information gathering, cooperation with specialized companies).
• Since a wide range of testing work will be conducted using actual test vehicles and benchmark vehicles, it will be necessary to cooperate with related departments to carry out the work even in areas outside your specialty.
• You will gradually expand your field of activity while focusing on your area of expertise.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in development, design, and evaluation in a real vehicle environment (ability to use INCAR, VECTOR, and other tools).
• Experience in development, design, and evaluation in a real vehicle environment (e.g., ability to use development tools such as ETAS INCA, VECTOR, VBOX, NVH measurement equipment, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Real vehicle performance tuning using development tools and its measurement and analysis.
• Knowledge of EVs and CHAdeMO charging methods.

Language Proficiency: Business (JLPT N2) level Japanese and Business level English, Korean (Preferred)
