• Previous leadership experience within a Sales environment is required.
• Ability to confidently provide recommendations guidance and personalized service to guests.
• Sound knowledge of sales principles people management and the hotel industry.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to take ownership lead a team and communicate results effectively to supervisors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook) and other relevant computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible dependable and detail-oriented.
• Ability to remain calm courteous and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

• セールス部門でのリーダーまたはマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
• お客様のニーズを理解し適切な提案アドバイスができる方
• セールスおよびマネジメントに関する基礎知識を有しホテル業界への理解がある方
• チームの意思決定に責任を持ち業務結果を上司へ適切に報告できる方
• Microsoft OfficeWordExcelOutlookなどの基本的なPCスキルを有する方
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力口頭文書
• 高い対人能力と問題解決能力をお持ちの方
• 責任感があり信頼性の高い方
• 常にお客様を第一に考え落ち着いた丁寧な対応ができる方

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the hotel industry.
• Proven experience working with tourism boards airlines travel agencies and other industry partners.
• Ability to prepare present and negotiate MICE proposals and business opportunities.
• Foreign nationals are welcome to apply provided they possess a valid work visa with authorization to work in Japan.
