Bilingual Senior Software Engineer – C / C++ AI

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent software solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build AI solutions for automotive systems, industrial equipment, gaming platforms, and public infrastructure.
• Develop intelligent AI applications by integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and other modern AI technologies.
• Develop, integrate, test, optimise, and maintain AI software components to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Prepare software design documents and technical specifications.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design activities.
• Troubleshoot and optimise applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in C and/or C++.
• Experience developing applications in Windows environments.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles.
• Experience creating software design documents and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and technologies.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, or multimodal AI.
• Experience with software testing, debugging, performance optimisation, and code quality best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate in English.

Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese and Business Level English.
