Working Hours Shift-based 8 working hours per day with a 60-minute break

Days Off 8-10 days per month 115 days annually

Employment Type Full-time

Contract Type Permanent or Contract

Probation Period 3 months (No change in salary or benefits)

Expected Salary JPY 210000 - 350000 per month determined based on experience qualifications and current compensation

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests in accordance with BVLGARI standards
• Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare and maintain dining areas to ensure an exceptional guest environment
• Process guest payments and handle cash register operations
• Support VIP guest experiences and special requests
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness organization and presentation standards
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and service excellence initiatives
• Complete opening closing and side duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent communication skills
• Valid authorization to work in Japan

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant café hotel or hospitality environment
• Experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail brands
• English communication skills
• Experience serving international guests
• Interest in building a career in Food & Beverage operations
• Previous experience with Marriott International brands

No prior hospitality experience is required.
