Food and Beverage Server

• Prepare the venue for service in accordance with standard operating procedures and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of all work areas and equipment.
• Welcome guests warmly build rapport with regular guests and provide personalized attentive service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Take orders serve food and beverages efficiently and maximize sales through menu knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Maintain established standards of quality service product presentation and cleanliness at all times.
• Support daily operations through inventory management stock replenishment ordering activities and banquet service as required.

• 標準業務手順SOPに従い営業準備を行い作業エリア備品機器の清潔および衛生管理を維持する
• お客様を温かくお迎えし常連のお客様との信頼関係を築きながら一人ひとりに合わせたきめ細やかなサービスを提供する
• 注文受付料理飲料の提供を正確かつ迅速に行いメニュー提案やアップセルを通じて売上向上に貢献する
• 品質サービス商品提供および清潔さに関する基準を常に遵守する
• 在庫管理発注業務日常オペレーションおよび宴会サービスのサポートを行う

Qualifications :

• Flexible and available to work shifts based on operational requirements including early morning daytime and late-night hours.
• Resides within a reasonable commuting distance from the hotel to accommodate varying shift schedules.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
• Strong multitasking organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both local and international guests.
