Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management is conducted by integrating PMI-based project management methodologies, our services project management methodologies, system and software development, and technical delivery methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• This role involves project planning, schedule management, progress tracking, and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• As a Project Manager (PM), I will participate in pre-sales activities, reviewing proposals, estimates, and contracts, and providing appropriate input to ensure successful project delivery.
• We understand the client's needs and goals, consider the required skills and experience levels of the team, and assign the appropriate consultants and architects to the project.
• We will promote team-level collaboration to solve project challenges and individual member challenges.
• Manage project challenges, collaborate with stakeholders such as customer management and consulting managers, and lead the resolution process.
• Conduct project reviews with customer management, communicate the value of our company
• To maximize customer satisfaction, we continuously monitor and address any gaps in customer expectations that arise during the project.
• Manage project members' utilization rates and project costs to achieve revenue targets.

Job Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in project management for IT- based projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of specific project management and technical delivery methodologies used in the IT industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, and business insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Project management certification (preferred)
• The ability to work not only individually but also in teams, the ability to motivate project teams and individual contributors, and the ability to mediate conflicts.

Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese and Conversational level English
