The position involves account support, platform guidance, back-office assistance, technical troubleshooting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure an excellent client experience. With each submisssion specify if the candidate would be open to moving to Cyprus for period of 3 months (travel and accommodation covered). This is now mandatory requirement Customer support + FX/CFD trading platforms + Japanese-speaking clients.
