We're looking for an ambitious, analytical and commercially minded Commercial Executive to join our growing team in Japan. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in commercial management, marketing or business operations within a successful global organisation.

What You'll Do

Working closely with local and international teams, you'll help drive commercial growth by:

• Supporting commercial projects and business initiatives

• Analysing sales, customer and market data to identify opportunities

• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends

• Supporting product launches and marketing campaigns

• Managing customer and partnership programmes

• Coordinating events, training and educational initiatives

• Producing reports and insights to support business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence working with data and reporting

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Fluent English and Japanese, both written and spoken

• Commercial awareness and a desire to learn and develop

Experience in sales support, marketing, business operations or commercial analysis would be advantageous but is not essential.
