Job Description

HINO EHS & Facility Leaderとして日野工場長を補佐しMICT/AVS ISCサイトリーダーGEHC-J Leadership及びGlobal EHSチームと連携をとりまた部下を育成指揮監督してGEHC-Jに関する以下の業務を行う

労働安全衛生環境負荷低減に関する評価を行い戦略を策定し実行し維持改善活動を推進する

GE Global EHS基準とEHS/Facilityに関する日本の法令/条例を満たす活動/管理を行う

建物施設の稼動にあたり必要な法定および自主項目の測定調査改善を実施して安定稼動を継続させる

業務が快適に遂行出来るように建物施設生産設備の維持修理改修工事を適切に行う

建屋敷地施設や製造設備の長期修繕計画の策定と実行そして従業員満足度の向上や業務生産性向上を行う

事故怪我疾病の未然防止/発生時の調査と改善EHSリスク評価/低減EHS文化の醸成を行う

グローバルとのベストプラクティス共有日本への展開を行う

課題の発見と各部署を巻き込んだ問題解決安全管理システムやプロセスの最適化を行う

EHS/Facility BC と P&L の予算管理を行う

行政への届け出や記録図面や機器表等を管理する

従業員/協力会社へのトレーニングを推進する

EHSに関する危機管理チームのサポートを行う
