フィールドアプリケーションスペシャリストは顧客ニーズに応じた自動化システムの構築提案製品説明やデモ問い合わせ対応を通じて顧客課題の解決と安定運用を支援する業務ですまた社内外との連携資料作成営業支援市場情報の収集を行い事業拡大に貢献して頂きます

この役割では以下の業務を行います:

• 自動化プログラムの作成最適化を通じ販売した自動化システムのサポート行うと共に顧客の声を事業のあらゆる部門に継続的に反映させ顧客満足度の向上に継続的に努めます
• 営業担当者と同行し技術情報を説明すると共に顧客ニーズを把握しシステム/ワークフローの提案を行うと共に製品のデモンストレーションおよびプレゼンテーションを行います
• 顧客に対して各種セミナー/取扱い説明を実施し顧客代理店当社営業からの問い合わせ対応を行います
• 顧客からの要望不具合等をQAに報告し必要に応じてグローバルテクニカルサポートと問題解決に取組みます
• SFDCセールスフォースやTeamsなどを使用し顧客対応状況を部内/部門内で共有すると共に各種営業資料アプリケーションノート簡易マニュアルの作成を行って頂きます

この仕事の必須条件は以下の通りです:

• バイオ医薬品ライフサイエンス市場に関する深い知識有し研究もしくは理化学機器のアプリケーションサポートの経験３年以上
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力顧客とコミュニケーションを取れると共に口頭メールを使用しながら状況説明を行えること
• 読み書きレベル以上の英語力
• 優れた分析力問題解決能力ビジネス感覚を持ち要求水準が高く変化の速い行動重視の環境で働く能力
• 前向きで挑戦意欲が高く行動力がある
• 生物学/化学/医学/薬学/工学系学士号以上

旅行運転記録身体的環境的要件

• 出張可能 担当地域内または他地域への出張宿泊を伴う場合ありが80程度発生する

以下の経験があれば望ましい

• ラボオートメーションに関する実務経験
• 細胞タンパク質遺伝子解析の実務経験
• VB script等のプログラミングスキル
• 中級ビジネスレベル以上の英語力スピーキング含む

Field Application Specialists (FAS) support customers in solving their challenges and achieving reliable operation by designing and proposing laboratory automation systems tailored to customer needs delivering product presentations and demonstrations and responding to technical addition they collaborate with internal and external stakeholders prepare technical and business documentation provide sales support and gather market intelligence to contribute to business growth and expansion.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Support customers in implementing and optimizing laboratory automation systems by developing and refining automation programs. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by capturing the voice of the customer and communicating feedback across relevant business functions.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to provide technical expertise understand customer requirements propose automation solutions and workflows and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Conduct customer training sessions seminars and product operation training while responding to inquiries from customers distributors and internal sales teams.
• Escalate customer requests product issues and performance concerns to Quality Assurance (QA) and collaborate with Global Technical Support teams as needed to drive effective problem resolution.
• Utilize SFDC (Salesforce) Microsoft Teams and other business tools to document and share customer activities within the department and across functions. Prepare sales materials application notes and user guides to support customer success and business growth.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Deep knowledge of the biopharmaceutical and life sciences markets with at least 3 years of experience in research or scientific instrument application support.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese including the ability to effectively interact with customers and explain technical situations both verbally and in writing. Intermediate or higher business-level English proficiency (speaking reading and writing) is required.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and business acumen with the ability to work in a high-demand fast-paced and action-oriented environment
• Positive attitude high motivation and strong initiative
• Bachelors degree or higher in Biology Chemistry Medicine Pharmacy Engineering or a related scientific discipline.

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Willingness to travel (approximately 80% including overnight travel within or outside the assigned region)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Hands-on experience with laboratory automation systems and workflows.
• Practical experience in cell-based assays protein analysis and genomic/genetic analysis.
• Programming skills such as VBScript or other scripting/programming languages.
• laboratory automation knowledge and experience
