Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Practice Lead to help build and grow Guidewire capability in Japan supporting business development solutioning delivery governance and team capability building.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Guidewire practice in Japan
  • Support Guidewire opportunities from pre-sales to delivery
  • Provide Guidewire expertise across claims policy billing and related insurance areas
  • Work with local and global teams to define delivery approach and governance
  • Support project mobilization staffing mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to proposal activities client discussions and business growth

Required Skills

  • Strong Guidewire implementation or insurance transformation experience
  • Experience with ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter or related modules
  • Good understanding of P&C insurance processes
  • Experience leading teams programs or large transformation initiatives
  • Strong consulting stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with both Japanese stakeholders and global teams
  • Japanese and/or English business-level communication skills required
  • Guidewire certification is a plus
