Service Delivery Manager

What success looks like in this role:

Job Profile Summary

Ensures successful execution of client-facing company projects and services meeting client expectations and business objectives. Oversees project planning resource allocation and service delivery. Manages risks and resolves issues engaging cross-functionally and with clients to ensure effective communication and alignment. Provides financial oversight and budget management controlling costs and maximizing project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Independently leads small to mid-size delivery management projects.
Creates and maintains project plans coordinating resources and identifying / managing risks.
Manages project costs ensuring resource effectiveness and efficiency.
Serves as the primary point of contact for clients addressing issues and ensuring services are delivered in line with expectations and business requirements.
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the right skills are available as and when needed to meet project needs.
Oversees / monitors project team performance providing feedback and ensuring team members have the information and tools required for effective service delivery.
May act as a subject matter expert for certain product areas.
Ensures service quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
Addresses and resolves issues arising within teams with clients or otherwise related to project delivery.
Identifies and recommends ways to optimize delivery processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
Manages the performance of any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors in order to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic English is Required.
