Project Manager (Electrical/Mechanical)
Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking experienced MEP Project Managers to support the delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects including datacenter. This is an opportunity for professionals with a background in mechanical electrical or building services engineering who are interested in managing projects from planning through execution and handover.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MEP aspects of construction projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project scope schedule budget quality and risk.
- Review technical designs and provide practical recommendations.
- Drive effective communication and reporting across project teams.
- Support procurement commissioning and project closeout activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and contractual requirements.
What Were Looking For
- Experience managing MEP building services or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in data center mission critical commercial industrial or large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as PMP RICS LEED or equivalent are a plus.
