Contract Management Advisor Data Center(Tokyo)

Turner & Townsend is providing Project Management Cost Management and Contract Management Advisory services for a major global technology companys data center portfolio in Japan.

As the scope of services continues to expand there is an increasing demand for dedicated contract management and commercial support expertise. This role will play a critical part in supporting project delivery strengthening contract governance and contributing to the long-term growth of the account.

The Contract Management Advisor will be responsible for supporting contract administration and commercial management activities throughout the project lifecycle.

The position will work closely with clients contractors suppliers and internal project teams to ensure effective contract execution compliance risk management and stakeholder coordination.

In addition to supporting the data center portfolio the successful candidate will provide contract management expertise and commercial advice across other projects in the Tokyo region.

• Contract Management leadership roles.
• EPC industrial manufacturing data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Commercial and contractual negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
• Procurement and vendor management functions.
• International or multinational project environments.

Qualifications :

• 10 years of experience in contract management contract administration commercial management procurement vendor management or related functions.
• Experience managing contractual and commercial relationships among owners developers contractors consultants and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of contract administration procurement and commercial governance processes.
• Experience in contract drafting negotiation administration amendments and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business-level English proficiency.
