Position Details :

  • Define and clarify business requirements

  • Clarify system functional integration and operational requirements

  • Communicate with all stakeholders including external companies vendors and development teams

  • Manage the backlog and drive operational improvements

  • Manage production operations

  • Handle and resolve production issues




Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 8 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in product management or high-level design/R&D at a vendor.
  • Strong understanding of IT technical skills including protocols databases and coding.
  • Proven experience in clarifying business and system requirements.
  • Proficient in creating functional and interface specification documents.
  • Experienced in developing comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with production troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage parallel development projects effectively.
  • High proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N2 level or above).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with BSS in the telecom industry

  • Experience in development coding and SQL

  • Experience with Billing Payment EC Portals and API-based integration
