Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise authentication infrastructure for a global authentication infrastructure renewal project supporting a major automotive parts manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, construction, and operations management of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
  
• Design, implementation, and operation of AD DS, Entra ID, and federation services.
  
• Design and operation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and RBAC.
  
• Design and management of integrated on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID
  
• Design and operation of OUs, delegated management, and group policy (GPO)
  
• Design and technical support for authentication methods such as NTLM, Kerberos, and OAuth2.0.
  
• Construction of privileged access management and hierarchical management models.
  
• AD/Entra Security and compliance management in an identity environment
  
• Automation and efficiency promotion of operations using PowerShell
  
• Technical proposals, problem-solving support, and improvement proposals to customers
  
• Further enhance your expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and IAM, and acquire highly marketable skills.
  
• Be involved in a wide range of technical areas through collaboration with Microsoft 365 and End User Computing-related projects.
  

Requirements

What are we looking for:

• Experience in designing, building, and operating Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments (3+ years)
  
• Experience in implementing, configuring, and operating Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  
• Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID Connect, and Entra ID Federation Services
  

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent (Able to accurately and smoothly communicate complex business issues both orally and in writing)
  
• English: Conversational and basic reading and writing level (Able to hold everyday conversations and read and write simple texts, and understand and respond to basic business communications)
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automation and script development using PowerShell.
  
• Knowledge of authentication technologies such as NTLM, Kerberos, and OAuth 2.0
  
• Experience in privileged access management (PAM) and RBAC operation.
  
• Experience in hybrid projects combining on-site and offshore resources.
  
• Experience in analyzing customer issues and generating improvement proposals or new projects.
