• ボッシュの国内拠点工場倉庫オフィスにおけるグローバルコンセプトに基づいたIT/OTインフラ全般の構築運用管理を担当していただきます

• システムのトラブルシューティングやコンサルティングを通じて社内ユーザーが快適かつ円滑に業務を行えるようIT環境を支えていただきます

• 工場のエンジニアサプライヤー社内技術部門と密に連携を取りながら業務を推進していただきます

• ITインフラ機器の資産計画調達管理を行い将来を見据えた戦略的なIT投資を推進していただきます

Job Description

• Responsible for the build implementation and operational management of overall IT/OT infrastructure across Bosch domestic locations (plants warehouses and offices) in accordance with global architectural concepts.

• Provide seamless IT support and consulting to ensure internal users can conduct business comfortably and efficiently.

• Drive operations and projects forward by collaborating closely with plant engineers suppliers and internal engineering departments.

• Promote strategic forward-looking IT investments by managing asset planning procurement and lifecycle management for IT infrastructure equipment.

• Ensure compliance by strictly adhering to Bosch enterprise regulations and applying standard processes to meet security requirements.

• Contribute to continuous organizational improvement and quality enhancement through active participation in regional/global projects and various audits.

Qualifications :

必須の経験スキル

• Windows / Linuxサーバーの知識および構築運用経験

• データベースOracleMS-SQL等の知識および運用サポート経験

• 仮想化基盤VMwareNutanix等の知識およびサポート経験

• サイバーセキュリティの原則とベストプラクティスに関する深い理解

• ITILプロセスインシデント管理 / 問題管理 / 変更管理等の知識および実務経験

• チームワークを重視し多様な関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを図れること

• 日本語英語両方での高度なコミュニケーション能力日本語ネイティブレベル英語TOEIC 700点以上目安

• 普通自動車第一種運転免許拠点間移動等のため

歓迎する経験スキル

• 製造物流研究所または施設管理におけるIT関連業務の実務経験

• Oracle Master認定または同等レベルのスキル知見

• グローバル標準規制ISO27001ISO27002IEC62443等に関する知識

求められる英語力

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in building configuring and operating Windows and/or Linux servers.

• Working knowledge and operational support experience with databases (e.g. Oracle MS-SQL).

• Technical knowledge and support experience with virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware Nutanix).

• Strong comprehension of foundational cybersecurity principles and industry best practices.

• Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes (Incident Problem and Change Management etc.).

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate smoothly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• High-level communication proficiency in both Japanese and English (Japanese: Native level; English: TOEIC 700 equivalent).

• Valid standard drivers license (required for travel between domestic sites/locations).

Preferred Experience and Skills

• IT-related operational experience in manufacturing logistics laboratory or facility management environments.

• Oracle Master certification or equivalent advanced technical proficiency.

• Knowledge of international regulatory standards and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 ISO 27002 or IEC 62443

Required English Proficiency

• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 points. This level is necessary for collaboration with global teams.

Frequency of English Usage

• English is used almost daily due to frequent communication with overseas teams.
