Job Description

This role is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations function of the online securities business in Japan. The position oversees account onboarding, account maintenance, securities settlement, corporate actions, cash management, and regulatory reporting, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk control.
オンライン証券業務のオペレーション部門を統括する責任者として、口座開設、口座管理、証券決済、コーポレートアクション、入出金管理、レギュラトリーレポーティングなどの業務を統括し、業務の効率性、規制遵守、オペレーショナルリスク管理を確保します。

Key Responsibilities / 職務内容
Operations Management
Oversee the overall operations of the securities business, ensuring stable and efficient daily operations.
証券業務におけるオペレーション全体の管理・運営を行い、安定した業務運営を確保する。Manage and supervise operational teams and processes to support business growth and service quality.
業務チームのマネジメントおよび業務プロセスの管理を通じて、事業成長とサービス品質向上を支援する。
Account Opening & Account Management
Oversee client onboarding processes including KYC/AML procedures and account opening operations.
KYC/AMLを含む口座開設業務の管理・監督を行う。
Manage account maintenance processes including client information updates and account administration.
顧客情報更新などの口座管理業務を統括する。
Securities Settlement & Corporate Actions
Manage settlement operations for foreign equities, options, and other securities products.
外国株式・オプション取引等の決済業務を管理する。
Oversee corporate action processing such as dividends, stock splits, and other event processing.
配当、株式分割等のコーポレートアクション処理業務を統括する。
Cash Management & Fund Operations
Oversee client fund operations including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation processes.
顧客資金に関する入出金管理および照合業務を統括する。
Ensure proper operational controls for client asset protection and regulatory compliance.
顧客資産保護および規制遵守の観点から適切な業務管理を確保する。
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Support
Oversee regulatory reporting processes required by Japanese financial regulators and self-regulatory organizations.
金融庁および自主規制機関へのレギュラトリーレポーティング業務を統括する。
Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
規制要件および内部統制に基づいた業務運営を確保する。
Operational Risk & Process Improvement
Identify operational risks and implement risk mitigation and internal control measures.
オペレーショナルリスクを特定し、適切なリスク管理および内部統制を実施する。
Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and system improvements.
業務プロセスの改善やシステム活用を通じてオペレーションの効率化を推進する。
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and global operations teams.
プロダクト、IT、コンプライアンスおよび海外拠点と連携する。
Support cross-border operations and communication with global teams.
海外拠点との連携を通じてグローバルオペレーションを支援する。

Job Requirements / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 学士号以上。
• 10+ years of experience in securities operations, preferably within online brokerage, securities firms, or financial institutions.
• オンライン証券会社または証券会社におけるオペレーション業務経験10年以上。
• Strong knowledge of account opening, settlement operations, corporate actions, and securities operations processes.
• 口座開設、証券決済、コーポレートアクション、証券オペレーション業務に関する深い知識。
• Experience managing regulatory reporting and operational compliance within the financial industry.
• 金融業界におけるレギュラトリーレポーティングおよびコンプライアンス対応経験。
• Experience managing operational teams and improving operational processes.
• オペレーションチームのマネジメントおよび業務改善経験。
• Business-level English proficiency to communicate with global teams.
• 海外拠点と業務連携が可能なビジネスレベルの英語力。
