A wide range of tasks await your commitment:

As sales manager you are responsible for the national sales development in the logistics industry of Japan. You sell our innovative warehouse software, hardware and cloud solutions to current and new customers.

In detail, your tasks are as follows:

  • You develop and deliver customer specific sales and marketing concepts according to our revenue and growth targets
  • You identify customer needs, market requirements and activities by conducting market research and analysis.
  • You develop and operate partner contacts in Japan.
  • You manage direct sales and partner sales activities from lead generation to final contract.
  • You maintain existing relationships to key customers and partners through sustainable care.
  • You support our marketing activities, webinars, online conferences and participate in industry conferences as well as trade shows.
  • You work closely with our international subsidiaries and report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and to the CEO of Ehrhardt + Partner Group.

You round off your interesting profile with the following qualifications:

  • You hold a University degree or comparable qualification in logistics, supply chain management, information technology or a related subject.
  • You gained relevant work experience in sales e.g. as business development manager or sales manager.
  • You have experience in logistics and an affinity for IT as well as technical systems.
  • You have very good presentation skills, both in person and online.
  • You show strong interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
  • You are competitive and bring contact ability as well as enthusiasm.
  • You demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • You a very good command of the English and Japanese language; knowledge in further languages are a plus.
