輸送効率を考えたサプライチェーン最適化国内外のキャリアと交渉、オペレーション要件の擦り合わせと現場への落とし込み各国の貿易ルールやECモール毎の制約を理解し、取り扱い可能商品カテゴリの探索物流コストの予実管理
募集背景
お客様が商品を求めやすい理想の姿に近づくため弊社はSCM改革に力を入れています。特定の国に特化した一般的な越境ECとは異なり世界中を対象としているため、最適な在庫アロケーションと輸送モードを確立していくことは最重要課題で、将来弊社の強みにもなります。このポジションでは輸送領域を担当し、前述の輸送モードを確立してオペレーションマネジメントをするだけでなく、各国の貿易ルールを把握して取り扱い商品の拡大にも関わっていきます。ロジスティクス領域の専門性を生かして強固なオペレーションを構築し、経営に近い立場でどうビジネスをGrowthさせられるかを共に考えてくれる仲間を募集します。
概要
あらゆる日本商品を､日本と同等水準の価格で､世界のどこでも送料無料で3日で届ける｡ 世界中のカスタマーがあらゆる日本商品を真に｢日常買い｣することができる唯一無二の仕組みを創っており､売上は毎月平均20％超の成長､昨年比800％で急成長しています｡ 例えば､日本商品を買おうと思ったブラジル人のほぼ100%が､ブラジルの現地のECモールでポルトガル語で検索し､商品を探します。検索結果は当然ゼロ・・・買えない。 そのうちのたった1%の稀有な人だけがGoogleでグローバル検索し､どうにか日本のECサイトにたどり着き､難解なGoogle翻訳された日本語ページを解読し､高い送料を払って､3週間待ってようやく商品が手元に届く｡ これが日本のグローバルECの現実です｡ 世界のEC市場が250兆円､そのうちクロスボーダー比率が20%になってきている中､日本のEC市場のクロスボーダー比率はわずか1%に満たない｡ その理由は､上記のような｢ユーザビリティを全く無視した事業者本位のサービス設計｣によるものです｡ 我々はこの問題を根本的に解決し､｢あらゆる日本商品を世界中のカスタマーに､日本と同等水準の価格で､世界のどこでも送料無料で3日で届ける｣仕組み創りに取り組んでおります｡ 大型資金調達を受け､今後加速する世界戦に向けてスピード感を持って動き始めています｡ 「世界流通の次のあたりまえを創る」 この大きなビジョンを共に歩んでゆく仲間を探しています！
