POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for aligning the organization’s business objectives with its people strategy through partnerships with both management and employees. This role acts as an HR Subject Matter Expert, a Change Agent, and People Champion. Reporting to the East Asia HR, the incumbent will work closely with key stakeholders and leadership in Japan and the HR team within the region in setting priorities, promoting the company’s culture, and delivering business results. The primary objective of this role is to implement the delivery of HR strategies in Japan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Human BusinessPartnering
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Ensure employee rules and
- handbooks are in line with local laws and regulations (including management of poor
- performers), up to date and available for all employees.
- Leading the effective delivery of HR programs and services across the entire employee lifecycle.

Ideal Profile
Min with a Degree in any studiesAt leas 8 years of progressive work experience in full cycle HR Management and at least 3 yearin a managementExperience in fast paced and high growth multinational organizationsStrong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices as well as employment lawsAbility to take lead with minimum supervisionGood written and verbal communication in Japanese and EnglishKnowledge of employment laws and regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skillsCredible experience serving as a strategic business partner to organizational leaders across allfacets of HR including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee / industrial relations, learningand development, and people and performance management.Expertise in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.Successful track record in stakeholder engagement and project management.Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulations, accepted professional standards, andlocal legislations (including legislation on employment, data protection, and health & safety).Knowledgeable about identifying, tracking, analyzing, and improving key HR performance metrics / KPIsAbility to develop and nurture relationships across departmentsWhat's on Offer?
