RDAのミッションは、製造ライン内で異常の早期発見、早期対策を実現することです。その中でSustaining Gr.シフトエンジニアの役割は、欠陥レビューから、良品 / 異常品を判定し、原因の調査、関係部門へフィードバックを実施する事がメインの仕事となります。※異常を流出させないという責任を負います。

SEMレビューおよびマニュアル分類作業

Detractor / Excursionレポートを作成する。

PIEとPEEの歩留改善活動 / コスト削減活動等を、欠陥検査を通してサポートする。

WIPの管理とコントロール

Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)を使用することができる。

Description

RDA high priority mission is to be able to be early detection and action by inline.

The role of RDA sustaining Gr. shift technician needs to judge good or not by defect review. When it occurs the OOC, do the investigation and feedback to related module based on defect data. You have a responsibility not to flow out the issue. And when new product will expand, you setup the inspection recipe based on BKM.

Key Job functions and responsibilities :

• SEM review and manual defect classification operation for the defect caught by auto defect inspection tool.
• Need the accurate defect classification and judgement not to flow out the defect issue.
• When it occurs the OOC, do the investigation based on analysis data.
• Make the Detractor / Excursion report as one of the quality records.
• Do the yield improvement and cost reduction support of PIE and PEE through defect inspection.
• Control and manage for RDA WIP.
