Job Purpose :
The principal purpose of the role is to provide effective, comprehensive, and professional Human Resources (HR) services to all departments. This position is a senior level business partner and is responsible for providing HR leadership across the organization. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor on all HR issues and as a partner to the business in hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent while overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies.
Responsibilities :
In alignment with global and regional strategy, develops and implements strategic HR priorities in support of business strategy and annual business objectives.
Supports and leads the HR aspects of organizational transformation from a primarily endpoint driven organization to one providing end to end portfolio of services and solutions.
Provides guidance and challenges management coworkers to ensure they effectively manage change within the organization, such as department reorganizations, leadership changes, role restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Builds credible relationships with key management, business stakeholders, and peers globally by combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business.
Demonstrates an understanding of the mission, vision, purpose, and strategy of the business and how this aligns with our HR strategic priorities.
Guides management and coworkers to align with Servant Leadership behaviors by implementing, communicating, and enforcing organizational values. Acts as a cultural steward.
Reviews HR processes to continuously improve the HR services by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
Partners with the global and regional HR functions, including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HR Operations (HRIS) to deliver effective human resources initiatives and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Identifies, analyzes, and implements solutions to complex employee relations problems either personally or through Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP)
Consults with legal counsel in employee relations matters and represents the company at personnel hearings and investigations.
Partners with Ethics & Compliance to build a “speak up” culture and participate in investigations and remediation, leading the process where appropriate.
Partners with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to support organizational initiatives that promote the value of diversity and inclusion in order to gain a competitive business advantage.
Communicates and interacts regularly with the management and employees in order to identify emerging Human Resource issues.
Ensures the HR department meets internal customer expectations and provides senior level HR guidance to the business.
Develops, guides, inspires, and mentors the HR team.
Works in a professional manner at all times with clients, customers, team members and management

Knowledge Skills and Experience
Fluent in English and local dialects
Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
Advanced knowledge of local labor laws
Experience working within a US or European multi-national.
Success working within matrix and multicultural environments.
Record of mentoring, supervision, and management of an HR organization.
Able to work with minimal guidance.
Meticulous with the ability to think strategically.
Considerable business acumen
Capable of constructively resolving conflict
Able to work within a team in an open and professional manner.
Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality.
Sound planning, prioritizing and organizational skills.

Professional level computer skills with MS Office and HRIS (Workday)
BA level graduate with 15+ years’ experience in HR (regional preferred).
10+ years relevant management experience.
Graduate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development or other professional association
