Sr. Program Manager, Sales Planning>

Amazonビジネス(AB Japan)のさらなる成長を法人セールスチームのビジネスパートナーとして牽引するセールス・オペレーションズのプログラムマネージャーを募集します。このポジションは、日本における「法人・公文教セクターまたは超大手企業・法人(例 Nikkei225、Fortune 500)にフォーカスするセクターセールスチーム」に対するGo-To-Market(GTM)戦略&プラニング、導入、モニタリングなどを担当するとともに、AB Japanリーダーシップチームや各セクターセールスチームに対する組織変革プランの提案なども担います。加えて、GTM戦略の実行、営業個人目標の策定と評価プロセスの構築、および営業生産性の向上を目的とした組織横断的な変革活動もリードしていただきます。そのような活動の推進に必要となる分析データを提供したり、自動化・省力化ツールの利用促進、Reporting Dashboard等の仕組みを導入したりするうえでは、海外のセールス・オペレーションズチーム、および日本・海外各国の関係チーム(ファイナンス、マーケティング、プロダクトマネジメント、プロダクト開発、カスタマーサポート部門など)と密に連携することが求められます。

Key job responsibilities

  • AB Japanリーダーシップチームと連携したGo-To-Market戦略の立案、およびその導入
  • KPIゴール策定と、その達成に向けた指標のモニタリングおよび改善アクションの提案
  • Go-To-Market戦略に関するプラン策定およびグローバルチームとの協業によるリーダーシップチームのサポート
  • AB Japanのリーダーシップチームとセールスリーダーが中長期的なゴールを実現するためのディスカッションのリードとファシリテーション

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Native-level Japanese fluency
  • Business-level English to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders (both verbal and written)
  • Microsoft Excel expertise such as handling pivot table / graph and manipulating large complex dataset for a quantitative analysis
  • 5+ years of experience working in consulting firm for strategic planning and execution, or departments such as corporate / strategic planning of public company
  • Planning experience of Go-To-Market strategy, organizational structure, or team / individual KPI goals
  • Exhibits a proven track record of taking ownership based on data-driven insights and influencing senior leaderships
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems / tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • MBA or equivalent degree
