MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Your opportunity

Retail Excellence Specialist is responsible for putting retail strategy into specific actions in / for

the stores to maximize performance, leveraging sales & client analytics, business insights in line

with KPIs.

How you will contribute

As a Retail Excellence Specialist, you are accountable for the scope outlined as below to

maximize the store performance.

Retail Excellence & Performance

Provide performance analysis for stores to achieve topline to support Flagship store and Area

Managers, supporting planning w / . MD and Client Engagement (CE) team (e.g. MTO / OTOs)

Work with Retail Excellence & Operations manager to plan sales incentive

schemes / programs by providing sales data analytics and insights

Runs performance analytics to provide insights by using Power BI and relevant sales systems

to extract sales, KPI data and analyze sales by store and report stores KPIs, sales trend and

focus actions based on results and retail strategy

Supports retail projects i.e. pop ups by providing data analytics / insights

TEAM STRUCTURE & RESOURCES

You will be reporting to Retail Excellence and Performance Senior Manager and closely work with

Retail Operation Assistant Manager who also reports to the Senior Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 6 years of retail business experience, luxury retail experience is a great plus

Experience in sales data analytics

Commercial awareness and retail business acumen

Excellent comprehensive skills

Proficiency in Japanese and English
