Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Director of F&B, Executive Chef, and Outlet Manager. Provides multitasking support during busy periods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Document Management : Maintains the department's filing system and ensures internal documents are properly distributed.
Event Management : Collaborates with Banquet and Event Managers to manage client accounts.
Administrative Tasks : Prepares correspondence, orders supplies, distributes and mails documents, handles phone inquiries, and manages the departmental calendar.
New Employee Support : Assists with onboarding and ensures timely submission of related paperwork.
Report Preparation : Responsible for creating weekly reports and P&L reports.
Team Support : Assigns tasks, sets team goals, and supervises daily operations.
Guest Service and Team Management Customer Satisfaction : Supports all employees in delivering exceptional guest service.
Training : Identifies team needs and provides coaching.
Relationship Building : Maintains positive interpersonal relationships and emphasizes service to internal customers. Other Skills Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene standards.
Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office.
Fluency in Japanese is a requirement for this role.
