DUTIES
As a Supervisor, Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for human resources operations (labor and payroll related).
Payroll calculation (calculation and company insurance procedures are outsourced) Year-end adjustment
Attendance management
Maintenance of HR related systems
Labor management
Health and safety
Employee Relations
Support for HR-sponsored events
Personnel and labor affairs, on-boarding / off-boarding
Health and safety
Maintenance of various employment regulations
Evaluation and performance management
HR system management (Hitomawari, Touch on time)
