• Manage daily hotel operations to ensure all departments work well together.
• Ensure guests have a pleasant stay by quickly addressing their questions and concerns.
• Guide and develop the team to improve hotel performance.
• Be the main point of contact during emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• A proactive leader with hotel management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Fluency in Japanese and English is highly preferred.
