Duty Manager - Hotel Operations

- Manage daily hotel operations to ensure all departments work well together.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant stay by quickly addressing their questions and concerns.
- Guide and develop the team to improve hotel performance.
- Be the main point of contact during emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- A proactive leader with hotel management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Fluency in Japanese and English is highly preferred.
