As the Global Account Manager at this well known company you will Manage large scale global accounts.
About this role :
You will work with a world-renowned U.S. Technology company to expand its business in Japan
You will have direct communication with global leaders (overseas business trips several times a year)
You will lead the development and execution of strategies for the entire account as a representative of the company
You will have a Direct Lline to senior management
Your role will include :
Creation and execution of account management plans
Be the SPOC (single point of contact) with HQ, APAC and other client global leaders
SPOC with Japanese vendor manager and business leaders
Prepare Presentations on QBR (quarterly business review), MBR (monthly), WBR (weekly)
Overall account management, including operation and sales
Improvement of the company's presence within the client and the reputation of
the Japanese market through the dissemination of best practices
Propose new business to increase the client's market share in Japan
Respond to RFPs, make expansion proposals, and negotiate contracts
Reporting to and involving the company's senior management
