Contribute to the preparation and of materials for MBR / QBR / YBR and regular client meetings. Also, present the optimization suggestions & initiatives during these meetings.
Account Onboarding :
Work on the onboarding process for Yahoo! JAPAN, LINE Ads, and other media in collaboration with New Business and Inbound teams for new clients.
Provide guidance for new clients and POCs on how to access and use Yahoo! JAPAN Ad and LINE Ad platform and campaign editor.
Communicate with clients (English or Japanese via email) and LY Partners for a smooth onboarding process.
General & Administrative Support
Work on translation projects :
Facilitate translations using the in-house service
Review translated English materials and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and quality.
Provide customer support to small and out-of-tier clients via support forms and email (in English and Japanese).
Assist with administrative & general tasks as assigned based on the business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in operating marketing campaigns through performance and data analysis for LINE and Yahoo! JAPAN Ads (Search and Display Ads)
Proven experience in optimizing ad campaigns through performance analysis and strategic adjustments.
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English with clients / agencies, partners, and internal / external team members (verbal and written)
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and tasks effectively with proper prioritization.
Strong communication / client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships through strategic & advanced optimizations.
Proficiency with LINE and Yahoo! JAPAN Ad management tools, Web UI, campaign editors, and data analysis tools.
Technical proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (including pivot table, graph, sum / if and other functions,.etc), PowerPoint / Google Slides.
