Within the global HR System Specialist Team function, contribute to the development and operation of SUCCESSFACTORS and related systems. Support and clarify issues in Japan from the perspective of Global HR System Specialist Team and contribute to the resolution of issues and appropriate operation of SUCCESSFACTORS in Japan.
Serve to understand the issues and situation in Japan and reflect them in the policies and initiatives of Global HR System Specialist Team and support the migration of Japan-specific processes into a global model.
Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後)
- Understand and apply the global HR System Specialist Team principles and processes and consider how to respond in Japan.
- Collaborate with Global HR System Specialist Team on accurate information and issues in Japan, leading to accurate operation of SUCCESSFACTORS and integrations across the globe.
- Collaborate with the Japan team on the latest information, including global HR System Specialist Team policies, and contribute to the accurate and efficient operation of SUCCESSFACTORS and integrations in Japan.
- Identify system related issues from the perspective of Global HR System Specialist Team and work to resolve them.
- Address 2nd tier ticket support and partner closely with other Global HR System Specialist Team members in cooperation with the Japan team
- Accurately and efficiently execute SUCCESSFACTORS operations and Payroll integration due to organizational changes, including Supporting on mass load requirements across the globe.
- Understand and organize global HRIS initiatives and develop a plan for policy and issue resolution in Japan.
- Communicate accurately to Global HRIS on the situation and issues in Japan and reflect them in the global efforts.
- Contribute to the improvement of other team members skills by sharing your expertise and knowledge of the Japanese policies and processes.
- Contribute to improve own skills and expertise on global policies and processes
- Manage regression and user acceptance testing, including defect resolution
Qualifications】 <必須 / Required>
2+ years Functional SAP SuccessFactors ExperienceHR Data Management experience including SuccessFactors mass loadsSAP SuccessFactors People Analytics reporting experienceDetail-oriented work styleTime management and organizational expertleadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization; ability to communicate effectivelyBusiness level English skills - fluent (Those who can use English in coordination with in-house and outsourcing companies. TOEIC 750 score or higher or equivalent English proficiency.Japanese-native <歓迎 / Preferred>Experience of HR system integration between Employee Central and SAP payroll and / or SAP S / 4Experience of work in global environment / Understand different cultureProven experience of developing and deploying leading strategic plans.Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry experienceExperience of HRExperience of working in a business function, outside of Human ResourcesBachelors Degree
