POSITION : Administrative Assistant

Providing :

• Support for complicated insurance administration and support for operation and administration of insurance for employees' voluntary selection system
• Advisory services for employee benefits Establishment and review of employee health and welfare programs and working conditions, and communication support

The Role

Main Responsibilities

In addition to the above, depending on your ability, you may also be required to prepare documents in English, coordinate with overseas offices, and perform corresponding work related to global program operations, Japanese-English translation work, team meetings, and taking minutes of meetings.

Global Policy of "New Work Style," means you can choose your work style from "Remote," "Hybrid," and "Office.

Working hours are flexible. Many of employees work in the "Hybrid" style. You can choose the location that best suits your team, role, and client needs.
