As we transform our industry, so we are transforming our business to be more consumer focused, innovative, forward leaning, and agile.  The IT Analyst CRM acts as a tech lead in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including personalization) domain, and you will play a crucial role in our IT B2C Solution Delivery team, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our B2C CRM solution.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Understand and promote the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the technical team in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Personalization) best practices and industry standards.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of CRM / Personalization solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Apply relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solutions and services.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and SFMC features, releases, and trends.
  • Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or Business function.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator)
  • Experience in B2C digital marketing IT; B2C CRM solution implementation
  • Experience with other Salesforce products and services.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Strong understanding of SFMC architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Education

  • University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems
  • University degree in Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT.
