The Role

1カ月は、要領を学び、実際に1人のお客様を担当します。 すぐにマルチタスクをこなせるようになります。インタラクティブなソリューション(チャット、Eメール、MS Teams)を行いながら、お客様にコンシェルジュ・レベルの配慮で対応してください。

Microsoft 365、特にExcelのエキスパートになれ、さまざまなプラットフォームのトレーニングを受けることができます。 また、Google Cloud、Azure、Microsoftなどの認定資格を取得することができます。 実際、多くの人がこの役割で気に入っているのは、学習の機会です。 楽しく、やりがいがあり、ペースが速いので、絶対に退屈しません。

2レベル、第3レベルのエスカレーション・チームに昇格しています。 さらなる教育 / 資格取得に進み、上級職や技術職に就く従業員もいます。
