What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of public transportation products in Japan for Klook’s rapidly growing local / global customer base
  • Account management : Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential via Klook. Communicate Klook’s business strengths and brand value to suppliers.
  • Optimization : Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, content, and booking flow, and maintain a market-leading position at all times by contributing to the digital transformation (DX) of partners.
  • Coordination : Work closely with various functions in the company - Marketing to maximize traffic and sales, Customer Services to drive satisfaction and repeats, Finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk, Product & Tech to build up innovative and user-friendly technologies, and Central Planning to navigate in the right business direction. Flexibility and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast-paced environment.
  • Market updates : Support market leaders to identify market trends and provide market & competitor updates through ongoing research and feedback.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of work experience including 2+ years of key account management experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • IT Project management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in working with Japanese companies as a sales representative would be a plus.

  • Experience in account management for Japanese companies would be a plus
