Job Description :

  • This position is an important role that connects Cisco with our customers. You will be a part of the technical support service team for customers who use Cisco products as their core business systems. This service team aims to maximize the availability and functionality of the system to achieve the customer's business goals, and you will be responsible for part of that service and manage it to ensure that the entire service is delivered.
  • Our clients' mission-critical systems are constantly changing. Unexpected failures also occur all the time, and our clients are struggling to optimize their operations with limited resources. What our clients need is to accurately understand what is happening in their systems, thoroughly prevent the recurrence of each and every failure, and accumulate know-how to strengthen their organizations. We provide comprehensive support services to meet these needs.
  • You will gain experience extracting issues from unknown phenomena that occur in the real world and resolving them together with internal and external stakeholders, so this job should be an opportunity for people who want to hone their skills while also getting a feel for the business world.
  • Qualifications :

    We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications, abilities and skills :

  • 4+ years related work experience
  • The ability to move freely between the concrete and the abstract, and to provide information of the right granularity at the right time to management and engineers at all levels both inside and outside the company, in order to motivate them.
  • Strong will and drive to lead problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • The ability to enjoy the things we don't understand and the joy of learning more
  • Ability to explore one's own value in a team and contribute to the team
  • The ability to achieve what you want while respecting each other among people with different positions and diverse ways of thinking
  • Ability to work as a team player and autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Basic Excel operations (graph creation / VLOOKUP level)
  • ITILv4 Direct Plan Improve : Desirable
  • ITILv4 Drive Stakeholder Value : Desirable
  • CCNA : Optional
  • Preferred qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree + 7 years related experience or Master's degree + 4 years related experience
  • Experience of mid- to long-term (3 years or more) engagement with specific clients
  • More than 3 years of experience as a network engineer, SE, or PM
  • 3+ years of experience as a support engineer
  • Experience with macro processing using Python etc.
  • Japanese Language : Japanese business level required and business level english required
