Assistant Manager / Manager, Private Equity Real Estate Accounting (Japan)

職務内容の詳細At least 4 years of accounting, audit, fund accounting experience Preferably with Real Estate or Private Equity industry exposure Knowledge of JGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP Good analytical skills, ability to work with different stakeholders Native Japanese language
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with other team members to provide private equity / real estate fund accounting business to clients
- Prepare and manage monthly / quarterly reporting package and working papers
- Prepare capital calls, distributions, partner transfers and reports etc
- Prepare financial statements and other reports
- Review TMK-GK-ISH closing documents
- Ensure the adherence to JGAAP / IFRS / USGAAP accounting standards
- Liaise with other teams to assist in new client onboarding
- Other fund accounting and finance work when necessary
