Role Overview

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring high performance across key areas such as stakeholder satisfaction, staffing efficiency, team development, and operational excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact client and employee satisfaction. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
