You will be working for a globally recognised entertainment and licencing business known for its high-profile brand collaborations and creative consumer products. Based in Tokyo, this dynamicpany supports both product development and sales operations across international markets.
Your new role
You will support the Product Development team by coordinating sample management, rental product logistics, and helping with website content updates. On the sales side, you'll assist with updating and translating sales decks, preparing client proposals, and maintaining contact databases. You'll also provide administrative support, including tax form tracking and document organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have solid coordination or admin experience, ideally in an international or bilingual setting. Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. Business-level English is required, particularly for translating documents andmunicating with overseas partners. Native-level Japanese is also a must.
What you'll get in return
You will earn 1,800 yen per hour plusmuting allowance, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the licencing and entertainment industry. This is a long-term contract in-office role based in Roppongi, with working hours from 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday).
