JPBUのAI＆ビッグデータ部門は、データサイエンスとAI / GenAI技術を活用し、課題解決と価値創造を通じて患者さんに貢献することを目指しています。最新のテクノロジーをモニタリングしながら業務への影響を評価し、AI / GenAIの活用やトレーニング、開発や運用、医療リアルワールドデータを用いた分析により、患者さんや医療従事者のインサイトを明らかにします。また、AIに関するガバナンス構築や責任あるAIの推進に関して、社内外の組織と連携し、業務効率の向上、顧客体験の向上、長期的な製品価値の向上に寄与します。さらに、組織の一人一人がAIやビッグデータを活用し、AIリーダーとなれるよう支援することで、従業員体験の向上にも取り組んでいます。

AIプロダクトを提案し、上位者の意思決定を仰ぎながらステークホルダーと分析や開発の方針・計画について合意形成する

AIプロダクト開発を通じてプロジェクトを期限内に完了させるとともに、ビジネス価値につながる分析結果を提供する

AI倫理の観点を考慮したモデルの設計・構築を行う

Pythonを用いた豊富なプログラミング経験と実プロジェクトにおけるデータ加工および機械学習手法の実装ができる

AWS, Microsoft Azureなどのクラウドサービスを活用した分析およびAIプロダクト開発の実務ができる

Apache Hadoop, Sparkなどの分散処理技術の実装ができる

JIRA / Confluence等のアジャイルプロジェクト管理ツールに関する知識を有する

AI＆ビッグデータの他職種や関連する他組織のメンバーとのチームワークを大切にし、アイデアを共有して解決策を見出す協力的なアプローチができる

AIプロダクトの開発を遂行し、最新のAI技術を用いた企業のデジタル変革を牽引する役割を担う

AI開発 / 分析に携わることができる

AI・機械学習、生成AI等の最先端技術を活用したデータドリブンな意思決定を支援する経験を積むことができる

AI関連部門と連携しながら、日本における開発や分析のユースケースのグローバルへの発信やグローバルレベルのAI関連プロダクトをモデル開発の観点から日本のビジネスニーズに即したものに帰着させる経験を積むことができる

Working Hours : Headquarters (Osaka / Tokyo) 9 : 00-17 : 30, Production Sites (Osaka / Yamaguchi) 8 : 00-16 : 45, (Narita) 8 : 30-17 : 15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9 : 00-17 : 45

Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
