About the Role
The role of Field Marketing Manager, Japan, is key to the success of Workday in Japan. This senior position in Japan will be responsible for driving various field marketing strategy and execution, lead / demand generation campaigns in Japan and will report to the Director of Marketing, Japan. The ideal candidate will gain a deep understanding of our market trends, customer needs / pains and personas, and will manage the implementation of local unique campaigns and localize global and regional campaigns relevantly.
This role will combine strategic planning with hands-on program creation and is a perfect opportunity for a talented demand generation expert who is looking to grow.
About You
Analytical, creative and results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.
At least 10 years B2B Marketing experience within the enterprise market, enterprise software and SaaS
Experience in marketing enterprise applications is strongly preferred
Good track record in building, driving and executing strategy in Japan
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Attention to detail and hands-on
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Must be an enthusiastic, well-organized self-starter, able to use initiative and adapt to change
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience working within a SaaS company is highly desirable
Willing to travel within APJ and to HQ in the USA occasionally
Business level English skills
